I am super picky when it comes to foundation. I use a handful of complexion products and stick to them. When a new foundation comes around I do give it a try because, well, that’s my job, but it needs to really wow me for me to write about it.

ZOEVA Authentik Skin Natural Luminous Foundation is one such foundation that I am happy to write about because it has wowed me. I have worn this foundation on and off for about a month or so since since it was sent to me, and I find myself reaching for it more it more.

Zoeva Authentik Skin Natural Luminous Foundation

Authentik Skin is a perfect natural-looking foundation that gives my skin beautiful coverage where I need it. It is medium to full coverage but it doesn’t feel like it or look like it. It looks like my skin but better — so much better.

The foundation is very lightweight, which I love, and give skin a natural radiant finish. It is not too radiant where I would shy away from wearing it because at my age I don’t like anything accentuating fine lines and wrinkles; Authentik skin does not. It seems to glide on over my flaws and nourishes my skin as it helps my skin look like a better version if itself.

There is a complete range of 44 shades and the shades are separated into warm, cool and neutral categories making it easier to select a shade. I went off of Ulta’s color chart here and got a pretty good match.
