In all honestly, I do not even know what Cellular Bio-Exaltation means, as told by Dior. What I do know is that I am loving this serum like lotion that is making my skin feel and look soft and radiant, while protecting it from both UVA and UVB rays.

Just four pumps of the Protective Fluid and my face and neck are covered. It is light enough to be layered with other sunscreens (if you wish) and liquid makeup.
