Makeup Wars: My Favorite Summer Lippie.

This weeks makeup war has us girls talking about our favorite summer lip look. Of course I use two lip products to create my perfect summer lip color. I know, I can never be simple. ;)

I currently use Bobbi Brown Treatment Lip Shine in Pink Seashell and NARS Larger Than Life Lip Gloss in Gold Digger for the perfect pink gold peach shade. Does that color even make sense? Well, it does to me, and once you see it together, I think it will for you.

Bobbi Brown Treatment Lip Shine is a nourishing type of product that hydrates lips, protects them with SPF 15, and leaves lips beautifully washed in a soft shine shade.

My shade of Pink Seashell is described as a pale peachy pink. It is more on the pink side than peach, but it does carry a peach undertone. It can be worn sheer with one coat, but I like to use some pressure and apply it back and forth over my lips a few times to really let the true color show through.

NARS Larger Than Life Lip Gloss is a long-lasting thicker gloss that really stays on the lips longer than your average gloss.  This is also infused with ingredients to nourish lips and keep them hydrated, while subtle lip enhancers add just a bit of fullness to the lips.

My shade of Gold Digger is described as a Sparkling Peach Shimmer, and just look at it; it's beautiful! The shimmer is made up of gold and peach and the overall look is like golden opulence.

My favorite summer lippie looks good day or night, and goes with any look. From a light bronzey beach look, to a full out glam smoky eyed look at night, my combo gets the job done time and time again.
