It Cosmetics Confidence In An Eye Cream.

I feel like I say this all the time, but it's true; IT Cosmetics continually wows me. I use a lot of IT Cosmetics makeup products (the CC+ Cream is my holy grail) and now the skin care is some of my favorite. First, there was the Confidence in a Cream and then they infused that into a makeup, Confidence in a Compact — genius! Now the brand has further expanded the line to add an eye cream to the mix, and I could not be more thrilled with what Confidence in an Eye Cream has done for my undereye area.

Yes, I am taking a skin care break from irritants, harsh exfoliants and peels. What I am not taking a break from is soothing extras like masks that soothe, protect and hydrate my skin. One recent discovery that has become a quick favorite is Kiehl’s Calendula & Aloe Soothing Hydration Masque. My favorite thing about this mask is that it works to refresh, revitalize and soothe my skin in a quick five minutes.

I have been putting my skin through the ringer lately — peels, new skin care products, lasers and just about everything in between. All of a sudden it has become overly sensitive, dry and looks older than normal. Does that ever happen to you? Whether you overdo it out in the elements or get a bit too abrasive with a beauty product, sometimes it's best to go back-to-basics and dial it back. That is exactly what I am doing. I am going back-to-basics with my skin care regimen for the next month to get my skin back in prime condition.
