The Sheer Blonde Entourage Tour - All the Info Here.

I know I am not the only one excited for John Freida's Sheer Blonde Entourage tour that kicks off this week in New York City. Here are all of the details of the event. Hope to see you there!

From my press release:

The John Frieda® team is out to prove that blondes really do have more fun with the Sheer Blonde® Entourage, a series of events and perks available for blondes. The blonde VIP program begins this March in New York City with a private performance by Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter and blonde icon Natasha Bedingfield, who is currently in the studio finalizing tracks for her next studio album. The John Frieda® team is inviting blondes to audition to win the chance to perform on stage with Natasha at a concert on her tour by uploading a video to YouTube. Natasha will judge submissions and help choose the winner, who will receive a makeover courtesy of the John Frieda® brand and renowned celebrity stylist Harry Josh before appearing on stage with Natasha during her concert tour.

ELLIS FAAS Launches at Bergdorf Goodman.

Conceived by makeup artist Ellis Faas, who was described by Vogue Paris as “one of the most influential makeup artists of her generation”, is launching ELLIS FAAS in the US this Saturday, January 9th, at Bergdorf Goodman.

If you have yet to hear of Ellis, get ready to. I bet her name will become synonymous with makeup artistry in the US now. She has worked with the world's most pre-eminent fashion designers, photographers, stylists, hairdressers and models. Ellis’ work has been published on the covers of the world’s best-known fashion magazines. Additionally, Ellis has worked for make-up brands, such as Clinique, Lancôme and MAC Cosmetics – and she was asked by L'Oréal to create a make-up line for their skin care brand, Biotherm. After the contract with L’Oréal ended in 2007, the way was paved for her to create her own brand: ELLIS FAAS.

The line originally started off with 27 lip products, but has recently been expanded to include 14 eye shadows, 2 mascaras, 2 eyeliners, 8 foundations, 8 concealers, 4 blushers, 3 powders plus an ingenious and stylish holder to keep everything in.

If you are in the NYC area, stop by the new ELLIS FAAS counter at Bergdorf Goodman counter on the 9th. I'll be trying out some of the products and will be back with my thoughts and complete rundown of the line soon.
