No longer do I just look at CVS/pharmacy as the place to pick up my prescriptions and daily personal needs, I am shopping the beauty aisles. I am lucky enough to have two CVS/pharmacy stores in my small town. One is a larger store with three beauty aisles, while the other just has one, but lot's of POP displays that I am always shopping.

I recently went on a little $50 CVS/pharmacy shopping spree.  Check out all the beauties I got for a little over $50.

Not only did I pick up my favorite L'Oreal Elnett Hairspray ($15.79) and COVERGIRL Lash Perfection Mascara ($8.39), I also found a few new beauties I just had to try. I selected a pack of Neutrogena Makeup Remover Cleansing Towelettes ($7.49), NUANCE Salma Hayek Tinted Moisturizer ($14.79), and some fun animal print Sally Hansen Salon Effects Nail Polish Strips ($9.99).

I'm a really big fan of Cover Girl, Rimmel and even Wet n' Wild. They all have great products and they aren't too expensive. So I would totally be able to stretch a $50 budget on some new and great makeup, which I am due for some new mascara, foundation and lip color soon. I'm not as knowledgeable about glamorous ways to put on makeup, but I enjoy watching tutorial videos on how to do different techniques and then trying it out on myself. They always have very expensive makeup they use in tutorial videos, even regular people on YouTube, so if I won the $50 it would help a lot. Good luck everyone! :)

tried to enter the giveaway but i couldnt type in the field. then it submitted! whoops! i love driving 23 miles to the closest CVs with a beauty bar. i won't do it just for the CVS but if i happen to be in that area, look out! There are great lines that i have tried because of that CVS, Lierac, Lumene, Nuance. and they have the best displays of new products. Also a very helpful sales associate just for the beauty section.
