Beauty Favorites Friday: M·A·C Strobe Liquid.

MAC Strobe Liquid Lotion has been my favourite go-to illuminizer for years. I've used it every day for the last two years, and I'm still on my first bottle!
In the summer time, I love mixing it with my BB Creams or tinted moisturizers for an all-over, dewy glow. In the winter, I use it as a highlighter and dab it along the tops of my cheek bones and around my eyes, even on my brow bones.
MAC describes it as “soft, radiant light on the skin, reducing the appearance of skin imperfections by providing a natural-looking glow.” I've never noticed it to reduce my imperfections but it definitely gives me that natural looking glow.
Because of the lotions pink undertones (and I have yellow undertones), I don't like to use it alone. So unless you have pink undertones, I'd recommend using it with your foundation/BB cream/tinted moisturizer. Just a couple of pumps will suffice! That's how mine has lasted so long.
Just a little FYI: MAC Liquid Strobe Lotion is an oil-based illuminizer. I would not recommend this product for oily skin. It works best on normal to dry skin.
